lhe Holy Trinity Church of England, built in 1849 of sandstone quarried from the banks of the Wingecarribee River at the rear of the church, was one of the first churches designed by Edmund Blacket in the simple Gothic Revival style. The original thatched roof was replaced by slate in 1904 and the church rededicated in 1957 by the then Archbishop of Canterbury - The Most Rev. Geoffrey Fisher. The fine interior, pictured below, has beautifully proportioned stone and timber truss work, with a Gothic arch to the altar.
